35 Tons Paddy Dryer Main Features:
1. High drying efficiency: advanced mixed flow low-temperature circulation drying technology is adopted, and the hot air
temperature can be higher than that of cross flow type (5% higher than that specified in the national standard), so the drying speed is fast; Mixed flow drying is conducive to uniform heating of grain, optimization of ventilation area in drying section, customization of fan and grain flow speed and other parameters, and improvement of drying efficiency;
2. Good grain quality after drying: Based on the principle of mixed flow drying, the grain is in uniform contact with hot air,
the grain uniformity is good, the grain is under the alternating action of high and low temperature in the drying section, and the grain waist burst rate is low;
Flexible conveying: the lower conveying adopts belt conveying, the upper conveying uses gravity gravity flow of grain, there is no screen mesh in the drying section, and there is no mechanical damage in the whole drying process of grain.
3. Energy saving and environmental protection: the mixed flow drying structure has small grain thickness, low air flow
resistance, low fan power and low unit heat consumption, which is only half of the national standard and close to the
first-class energy consumption index;
A dust removal and impurity removal device authorized by the national invention patent is designed, which has good dust removal and impurity removal effect and clean grain after drying.
4. High reliability: the plates of all parts in contact with grains of the whole machine are thickened, and the weight of the
whole machine is 20% - 30% heavier than that of similar domestic models. The frequently worn parts of grains are made of wear-resistant stainless steel, and the service life of the whole machine is long;
5. High degree of automation: the 35 tons paddy dryer machine can be started with one key, dried automatically and monitored online, which can be unattended.
Optional, remote operation and maintenance management system can monitor the operating conditions and operation parameters of the equipment on the computer platform and mobile app, and can implement remote fault diagnosis and management. How Did Presun Dryer Works
- Our 35 tons paddy dryer need one fuel burner to supply hot air goes into the dryer to remove the moisture on the grains's surface
- After short time drying,grains would be circulating through the elevator,we call it "tempering zoon"to let the moisture inside the kernal to escape
- When the moisture inside the kernal already escaped to the surface,it would drying again,then continue the process,temerping again
- The drying time compare to tempering time would be around 1:5,so there's no additional damage or crack for the raw grains
- Have online moisture meter to test and record the present moisture,would automatically shut down when reach the target
- Lots of heating resources could be choosen,such as diesel,gas,coal,biomass material,each options are determind by clients request
